Sameer, it will surely materialize. Tourism is a big focus in that area and with celebrities involved, projects get publicity even at ”thinking” stage while others struggle to get their projects noticed even after completion.
Whats good is Pamela is making it an eco-friendly venture so at least it will help environment and maybe push competitors to also consider environment in their own ventures.
