Lalu Prasad once had said that the separate Jharkhand could be made only on his dead body but later he accepted because for him Jharkhand was not his political belt and creating Jharkhand will always give him the chance to rule the separate Bihar. Unfortunately Lalu lost power in Bihar and after eight years of creation, Jharkhand is as it was in 1999. Mayawati is doing the same thing and TRS is trying to do the same.]]></description>
